Fresh Hot Chillies, Homegrown Courgettes, Homemade Wild Garlic Pesto, Oven Roast Tomatoes, Balsamic Caramelised Onions, Italian Sunblush Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Asparagus Spears, Kalamata Black Olives, Home Pickled Chillies, Garlic Roasted New Potatoes, Preserved Artichoke Hearts, Wild Mushrooms, Garlic Mushrooms, Roast Butternut Squash, Tapenade, Grilled Aubergine, Fresh Pineapple, Sweetcorn, Lime Roasted Red Peppers, Homegrown Herbs, Fresh Basil and Rocket Leaf Salad....


And CHEESE: Gorgonzola, Creamy Goats Cheese, Taleggio, Feta, Shropshire Blue, Cheddar, and of course....Mozzarella. Not Cheesey? No probs, we have Vegan Cheese, and crunchy pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and walnuts. All our pestos are nut and dairy free unless marked as.


All our Pizzas are Egg free and Vegetarian....But, if you are missing the meat we can top your pizza with Pepperoni or Serrano Ham. We offer Gluten Free bases too.


Pizza Dough: We make ours fresh onsite using Organic Flour from our Local Mill, Olive Oil, Our own Unique Sourdough Starter, a little salt and some water...A Long Slow Rise and its good to go.
