We make our dough from scratch, fresh on site every day using organic flour and olive oil.

Our organic tomato sauce is freshly made from tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs and seasonings.

Our toppings are prepared and cooked on site fresh every day.

GOOD INGREDIENTS

We use mostly organic ingredients, supplemented with homegrown fresh produce and quality non organic. Our emphasis is on producing delicious quality food.

Our Oven

Our Italian designed oven was built by Wood Fired Oven expert Alf Armstrong of Village Bakery and Bettys Tearooms fame.

We fire it with very dry oak wood and when up to temperature can bake a pizza in less than a minute.

VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN: We use no dairy products other than cheese and all of our pizzas can be made vegan if required.

Size Matters:

Our pizzas are handmade and tend to be about 9 to 10 inches diameter.
